UCOR Cleanup Support

Strata-G supports United Cleanup Oak Ridge (UCOR) by providing cost estimating, scheduling, and performance analysis for environmental projects, including the Water Quality Program and ETTP Zone 2 Soils, valued at $5-10M annually. We maintain integrated schedules, perform monthly status updates, and provide earned value and critical path analysis. Strata-G also supports Functional Performance Reviews by preparing and presenting cost, schedule, and performance data to aid decision-making.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory

Strata-G provides general project controls support in the areas of scheduling, estimating, and reporting. We support infrastructure development within the ORNL Project Management Office. We also develop systems, tools, and processes that strengthen project execution and facilitate better project management at ORNL.
