Project Highlights
Y-12 PMO Project Performance Improvement
Strata-G provides project management, cost analysis, and project controls expertise to support Y-12’s Project Management Office (PMO) and its portfolio of major capital projects, including the Lithium Processing Facility (LPF), Uranium Processing Facility (UPF), and other facility modernization, infrastructure, and mission-support projects across the site. Our work includes lifecycle baseline reviews, DOE O 413.3B documentation, milestone preparation, earned value analysis, and corrective action recommendations to strengthen cost, schedule, and performance.
Through day-to-day project support and independent assessments of contractor systems, Strata-G helps APMO maintain safe, high-quality construction aligned with Y-12’s national security missions.
UCOR Technology Development and Process Innovation
Strata-G supports UCOR by leading technology development efforts that advance environmental cleanup across the Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Oak Ridge Reservation (ORR). Our team works with project personnel, subject-matter experts (SMEs), technology providers, and research organizations to identify challenges, evaluate emerging solutions, coordinate demonstrations, document results, and support field implementation.
These efforts have included technology demonstrations involving mercury-vapor suppression, LiDAR-based facility characterization, and a dedicated testbed for evaluating cleanup technologies. By helping move promising solutions from concept to application, Strata-G supports safer operations, streamlined project execution, reduced project risk, and more efficient use of cleanup resources.
