Acquisition Project Management Office at Y-12

Strata-G provides project management, cost analysis, and project controls expertise to support process improvement for Y-12’s Acquisition Project Management Office (APMO). Our work includes lifecycle baseline reviews, DOE O 413.3B documentation, milestone preparation, earned value analysis, and recommending corrective actions to improve cost, schedule, and performance. By supporting day-to-day operations and independently assessing contractor systems, Strata-G helps APMO ensure safe, high-quality construction aligned with mission goals.
