Project Highlights

Clemson University, South Carolina Campus Improvement Project

Strata-G provides construction project management and safety support services to Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI), helping advance improvements across Clemson University’s campus one building at a time. Our team supports day-to-day project execution, contractor coordination, and safety oversight to help keep work progressing efficiently and safely. This campus improvement effort is expected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 20% by 2025, marking a major milestone toward Clemson University’s 2030 carbon neutrality goal.

PMO Support of UPF

Strata-G has supported the Y-12 Project Management Office (PMO) (formerly UPO) since the earliest design stages of the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF). We provide critical field oversight and serve as a deputy to the UPF Substation Federal Project Director, ensuring effective coordination and communication among multiple project participants. This support played a key role in completing the Substation subproject ahead of schedule and under budget, achieving Critical Decision (CD)-4. Our team also conducts weekly awareness assessments to document oversight activities and ensure that contractors and subcontractors meet DOE construction, safety, and quality standards.
