Project Highlights

Clemson University, South Carolina Campus Improvement Project

Providing construction project management and safety support services to Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI), aimed at improving the Clemson University campus in South Carolina one building at a time. Project is expected to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 20% by 2025, a major milestone toward its 2030 carbon neutrality goal.

APMO Support of UPF

Presently supporting the Y-12 Acquisition Project Management Office (APMO) (formerly UPO) since the earliest design stages of the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF). Provides critical field oversight and acts as deputy to the UPF Substation Federal Project Director, ensuring effective coordination among multiple project participants. This role was key in completing the Substation subproject ahead of schedule and under budget (achieving CD-4). Conducts weekly awareness assessments to document oversight actions, ensuring contractors and subcontractors meet Department of Energy construction, safety, and quality standards.
