Strata-G staff members participated in the 2019 Global Leadership Summit, part of the Global Leadership Network. This year’s “class” spent 2 days listening to creative, successful people talk about leadership and using our gifts to impact our world in real and powerful ways. Each year, each person comes away a different lesson, so the compilation of inspiring and creative messages, over time, is absorbed into the Strata-G corporate culture. Wade Adams learned that perfection is the “enemy of progress” that will limit a person; Kylie Julius was impressed by a message of diversity and inclusion; Darrell Daugherty gave a thumbs up to the speaker whose passion for customer service was captured in this video, “Jackie, the Krispy Kreme Employee.” It’s worth watching. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ax2CsVbrX0

Safety Fest TN drew over 1,200 attendees to its annual slate of free safety training classes, demonstrations, and workshops. Among them were Kate Honebrink, Strata-G Executive Assistant, and Tina Webb, HR Specialist, who went to learn First Aid/CPR/AED basics. They enjoyed the small class of video and hands-on learning and were instructed in how to make a sling, stop a bleed, use an AED, perform CPR, treat someone in shock and trauma, and other basic skills. Thanks for attending. You make our office safer.
