We are excited to announce that the Portsmouth Paducah Project Office (PPPO) and Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership (FRNP) have been selected to receive an award from the Secretary of Energy for their work on the Paducah Decision 2029 (D29) initiative! The award will be presented at the DOE Forrestal Office on January 8th at 1:45 p.m.
This award recognizes the exceptional teamwork behind the D29 strategy, including the work of Strata-G’s Senior Environmental Specialist Steve Kenworthy (pictured left), and Senior Scientist
Bruce Phillips (pictured right). Bruce’s regulatory support and contributions to the Federal Facility Agreement and Site Management Plan were recognized as pivotal in codifying the strategy in the FY24 plan and setting the stage for FY25 implementation.
This achievement demonstrates the team’s dedication to advancing the Paducah cleanup program in alignment with Portsmouth.
