Recently, UCOR’s senior management team came together with award recipients at the UCount/TeamsCount recognition breakfast to express gratitude for their ongoing dedication and contributions to mission success.
The UCount and TeamsCount programs, launched last spring, honor individuals and teams for their outstanding work. Managers submit nominations, with individuals receiving a UCount token, while recognized teams are awarded a certificate during Ken Rueter’s Plan of the Week meeting.

Phil Conlee (pictured far left), was recently honored alongside four other outstanding individuals (two pictured above).
