Tim Hale, P.E.

Vice President, Engineering & Infrastructure Services

Tim Hale serves as Strata-G’s Vice President of Engineering and Infrastructure Services. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

A registered Professional Engineer (P.E.), Tim brings more than 40 years of experience in engineering and project management. He has managed the planning, design, and construction of multimillion-dollar infrastructure facilities. His technical experience also includes facility and site characterization, facility decontamination and decommissioning (D&D), and wastewater treatment.

Much of Tim’s work has supported U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) sites and facilities in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and Paducah, Kentucky.

Tim previously served as president of the East Tennessee Section of the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM) and president of the Oak Ridge Chapter of the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE). He currently serves on the Board of the Shred ALS Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports families affected by amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
