Leah Berry

Chief Operating Officer, Business Services

Leah Berry serves as Chief Operating Officer of Strata-G and leads the company’s Business Services Division. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK).

Leah has more than 25 years of experience in transportation and logistics. Before joining Strata-G, she served as a Senior Manager with FedEx Express. Her experience also includes logistics consulting for the United States Department of Energy (DOE) and commercial clients, GSA contract consulting, and oversight of Strata-G’s administrative and human resources functions.

Leah is a graduate of the Leadership Knoxville Class of 2020 and a past president of the Rotary Club of Farragut. She also serves on the faculty of the Rotary District Leadership Academy, advises the Hardin Valley Academy Interact Club, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Appalachian Science and Engineering Fair (SASEF).

Her community involvement includes service as a UTK Chancellor’s Associate. She has also been inducted into UTK’s Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life Alumni Hall of Fame. In 2025, she received the Order of the Emerald for extraordinary service to Kappa Delta Sorority.

Outside of work and community service, Leah is a proud Valparaiso University swim team mom!
