Most of us have mentors in our lives, people who inspire us to grow and learn. One of Dan’s mentors is Jim Collins, author of the best-selling book, Good to Great. The book has guided Dan to continuously manage and lead Strata-G from good to great. Its principles so inspired Dan that he created the Good to Great pyramid that sits on his desk and outlines the 4 key disciplines of growing from good to great.
So, Dan was thrilled to meet Jim Collins and to hear him speak at a conference in California. Jim looks pleased to meet Dan, too, and learn that his work is helping another great company grow.
