Training Video Production
Strata-G developed training for a client who is building one of the largest sorting
centers in the nation in Chicago, Illinois. To ensure the safety of the many contractors
working on the site, Strata-G produced a video entitled, "Contractor Health and
Safety Orientation." The content for the orientation was converted from traditional
classroom training materials to video by Strata-Gs staff. The ten-minute video
provides a summary of the site hazards, basic safety rules, and emergency preparedness and
response actions.
Oak Ridge National
Laboratory Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Team
Strata-G assisted the Oak Ridge National Laboratorys Hazardous Materials Emergency
Response Team by updating and enhancing their nationally recognized training program.
Strata-G personnel developed:
- Emergency Response to
Compressed Gas Releases
- Bloodborne Pathogen
Program
- Self-Contained
Breathing Apparatus Training

Conduct of Needs Analysis
Strata-G conducted a comprehensive needs analysis to determine job-specific training
requirements for a manufacturing firm that designs and produces innovative brake products.
The analysis was conducted through written surveys and employee interviews. The results
were used to develop a training matrix, an associated schedule, and job-specific training
baselines. The results of this activity strengthened the clients compliance and
training program. |
