Regulatory Compliance
With expertise in RCRA, TSCA, CAA, CWA, NEPA, CERCLA, and SARA, our skilled personnel will develop and maintain operating, monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting systems that will provide you with an effective framework of regulatory compliance and the confidence to refocus your attention to the bottom line. Strata-G can also provide support for multi-media compliance reporting, such as RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA, and NESHAP annual reporting and NPDES discharge monitoring reporting.
Project Description Strata-G provided regulatory corrective action for a Tennessee Large Quantity Generator in the manufacturing industry who was the recipient of multiple Notices of Violation (NOVs) for noncompliance with hazardous waste regulations. Strata-G personnel evaluated waste management and recordkeeping practices at all areas of the plant, including Satellite Accumulation Areas and 90-day waste storage areas; interviewed plant management and key workers to identify causal factors leading to the NOVs; conducted required hazardous waste generator training for 50 key personnel; developed a Corrective Action Plan for each of the regulatory violations; and recommended, and provided oversight for accomplishing, the necessary corrective actions. With the help of Strata-G compliance experts, the client was able to progress from ten NOVs during the state regulator's initial visit to zero NOVs during a followup inspection one month later.
