Environmental Management Systems
EMS Systems Support
Let Strata-G work with you to customize an Environmental Management System (EMS) that provides a systematic approach to integrating environmental considerations into all phases of your organization's work performance. We can help you design an effective EMS that will demonstrate environmental excellence, ensure compliance with regulations and other applicable requirements, improve effectiveness and efficiency, reduce costs, and earn and retain regulatory and community trust.
Project Description Strata-G has successfully conducted Pollution Prevention (P2) Opportunity Assessments (PPOAs) to characterize wastes, identified waste reduction options for specialized manufacturing facilities at a steamplant, and supported various clients in the development of effective Waste Generation Pollution Prevention Progress Reports.

EMS Gap Analysis
Strata-G can help you implement an effective Evironmental Management System (EMS) that will demonstrate an interface with both the elements and requirements of ISO 14001 as well as the directives of DOE O 450.1A.
Project Description Strata-G performed a gap analysis for a client to determine criteria for developing and implementing an EMS that met the requirements of DOE Order 450.1 and also demonstrated conformance to the ISO 14001 standard. By developing EMS planning tools and procedures that identified environmental aspects and established measurable objectives, Strata-G delivered an EMS Plan that defined how the client's procedures work together to satisfy the ISO 14001 elements, developed a reporting and compliance calendar and EMS training tools, and facilitated a team to identify and score the significant environmental aspects of the organization.
