Clean Air Act Compliance
Strata-G staff are highly experienced in providing Clean Air Act (CAA) compliance support to commercial and government facilities that are subject to various regulations including State and Federal Title V air permitting requirements, and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutant (NESHAP) Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) standards.
Strata-G personnel provide NESHAP compliance support including hazardous waste combustor (HWC) MACT standards (40 CFR 63 Subpart EEE), the Surface Coating of Miscellaneous Parts and Products MACT standards (40 CFR 63 Subpart MMMM), and many others.
Strata-G delivers an in-depth understanding of these complex regulations and practical knowledge and experience in interfacing with facility operations and regulatory agencies to establish fully compliant programs.
Strata-G will
- Establish technical and regulatory status with MACT provisions
- Prepare and implement regulatory compliance plans (i.e. SSMP), automated reports, and record keeping systems
- Develop and execute combustor system operator and training certification programs
- Negotiate favorable Title V operating conditions with state and US EPA agencies
- Prepare functional specifications for computer system upgrades that address process controls and all applicable compliance documentation
- Develop Comprehensive Performance Test (CPT) plans and Alternative Monitoring Applications
- Manage CPT Plans and prepare all related compliance reports and notifications

- Creating and negotiating Title V Operating Permits
- Developing CPT plans, managing the tests, and preparing test reports for large incineration facilities in Fortune 100 Companies
- Providing computer system control and compliance design specifications for combustion units at a large Texas Gulf Coast chemical facility
- Developing and delivering compliance training programs in the pharmaceutical industry
