Project Description Strata-G staff provided support to Oak Ridge National Laboratory, ensuring implementation of their Worker Safety and Health Plan (WSHP) at all levels of the organization and throughout all stages of their workflow processes. Our experts established written policies, goals, and objectives for the WSHP to define general program requirements, management and worker responsibilities, hazard identification and assessment, hazard prevention and abatement, safety and health standards, applicable functional areas, training and information, recordkeeping, and enforcement methodology. In addition, we coordinated project safety activities and provided mechanisms for active involvement of workers in the development of WSHP goals, objectives, and performance measures for identifying and controlling of hazards in the workplace.
