Safety and Health Support

Strata-G’s certified safety and health professionals are available to help you maintain a safe, healthy corporate culture and can provide services that include Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program development and assessment, Chemical Hygiene Plans, Industrial Hygiene, Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, and facility and process design criteria.

• Certified Safety Professionals (CSP) and Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH)
• Identify, evaluate, and control hazards in the workplace
• Develop and perform health and safety training
• Establish written policies, goals, and objectives to define general program requirements
• Hazard identification and assessment, hazard control and abatement, and hazard prevention
• Offer mechanisms for involvement of workers in the development of health and safety goals
• Provide chronic beryllium disease prevention and control program expertise

Past Project Highlights

• Acting as Site Safety Supervisor for Johnson Controls Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) project at ORNL, Strata-G coordinates all project safety activities as a management representative.

• As Site Safety Supervisor, Strata-G ensures Worker Safety and Health Plan (WSHP) is implemented at all levels of the organization and throughout all stages of workflow processes.

• Strata-G performed Independent Assessment of the ORNL Beryllium Program and evaluated effectiveness of a Corrective Action Plan.

• As a Certified Industrial Hygienist, Strata-G identified and mitigated uncertainties relative to beryllium, perchlorates, asbestos and other chemical hazards on the ORNL 2000 Complex D&D project.
