Greenhouse Management Services
Strata-G personnel ensure facilities are compliant and properly positioned as Greenhouse Gas (GHG) policies emerge from state and federal regulatory agencies. Responding to these changes requires short-term and long-term programs to reduce GHG emissions, meet reporting and compliance requirements, and conserve energy.
- EPA GHG Reporting Rule compliance strategy development
- Executive Order 13514 (Federal GHG reduction order) programmatic support
- Baseline GHG emission determinations and carbon footprinting
- Energy intensity reduction in existing buildings
- Low-carbon logistics and supply-chain planning
- Sustainability performance planning with social, environmental, and economic/ROI analyses
- Organizational GHG strategy assessment and implementation
Past Project Highlights
- Strata-G supported the applicability determination of EPA’s Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). Strata-G subsequently managed ORNL’s GHG recordkeeping strategy, Monitoring Plan, and reporting requirements.
- Strata-G personnel supported ORNL in their response to Executive Order 13514 by inventorying Scope 1 fugitive emissions at ORNL for the baseline year (2008) and each subsequent year.
