Debbie Browning, P.E., PMP

Division Manager, Engineering Services

Debbie Browning is the Director of Engineering Services for Strata-G. She has a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina. She is a registered Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional.

Debbie has 25 years of experience in the areas of project and program management, waste management, nuclear safety, environmental services, and regulatory compliance. More recently she has also provided client support in the important field of energy management and conservation.

Debbie has served as an officer of the local chapter of the American Society for Engineering Management and is a member of the US Green Building Council, and the Project Management Institute.
