Leah Berry
Division Manager, Business and Information Services
Leah Berry is the Director of Business Services for Strata-G. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a former Senior Manager for the Domestic Ground Operations Division of FedEx Express.
With more than fifteen years of transportation and logistics experience, Leah has provided technical consulting to the Department of Energy and commercial clients. Currently, Leah is providing logistics and feedstock analysis for commercial biofuels and alternative energy clients, and is a member of the Southern Technology Council's Biomass Logistics and Transportation Working Group. Leah was a panelist for the 2008 Biomass Supply Chain and Logistics Conference in the Southeast and wrote and presented a paper entitled An Automated Tool for Optimizing Waste Transportation Routing and Scheduling for the Waste Management Symposia.
In addition to participation in Strata-G's community outreach programs, Leah is Past President of the Farragut Rotary Club, a supporter and guardian for World War II veterans on Knoxville's Honor Air Flights to Washington, D.C., a member of the Board of Directors for the Nativity Pageant of Knoxville, a member of the Alliance Française de Knoxville, co-chair of the Knoxville Museum of Art Artists on Location Event, and a Mentor and Editor for the Hand Up For Women program.
